It’s a lovely day in the South of Norway in year 2008.
The sheep are chewing the grass in Kvinesdal and the pigs are rolling in the mud in Eiken.
But, not all villagers pay attention to this…

Bob Kåre has been a member of Norway’s most successful party band Luxus Leverpostei since 1994. Since the beginning he has
sold more than 200.000 albums and collected an enormous amount of bras onstage during his countless shows around in Norway.
But, Bob wants more. He wants to do it big time rock ‘n’ roll.

At the same time Bender Midiman and Jonkis of rock ’n’ roll-band Nobodies have kept it going since year 2000. After several tours
in England, Denmark, France and Norway the boys have proved that rock ‘n’ roll still has it’s mission.

Bob likes what Bender og Jonkis are doing. He listenes to the Nobodies’ 2007 debut release “Oh Yes, There Will Be Blood…”
and thinks “Hmm, sounds like fun!”. The album is a real kick in the balls and receives great reviews all over Europe.
The Nobodies-boys are familiar with Luxus Leverpostei og little by little they get to know this jumping jack frontman Bob Kåre.
 
Soon 40 ounces beer, 98 ounces of fast cars, 69 ounces of women and a ton of bad ideas are mixed in a big stewpan and
served as…Iron Fist! The co-operation starts, songs are written and the debut album is recorded.

The boys are thinking: ”This can only go one way …..We’re going to Hell!!”

Det er ein nydeleg dag i Sør-Noreg i 2008.
Sauene går og beitar i Kvinesdal og grisene rullar seg i gjørma i Eiken.
Men, ikkje alle er opptekne av nettopp dette …

Bob Kåre har spelt i Norges mest kjende partyband Luxus Leverpostei sidan 1994. Sidan starten har han solgt meir enn 200.000
plater og fått eit enormt antal BH’ar kasta opp på scenen under Luxus’ sine utallige show rundtomkring i landet. Men, Bob vil ha
meir. Han vil gjere det big time rock ‘n’ roll.

Samtidig har Bender Midiman og Jonkis i rock ’n’ roll-bandet Nobodies halde det gåande sidan 2000. Etter fleire turnear i
England, Danmark, Frankrike and Norge har gutta bevist at rock ‘n’ roll fremleis har sin funksjon.

Bob likar det Bender og Jonkis held på med. Han har lenge høyrt på Nobodies’ 2007 debut release “Oh Yes, There Will Be Blood…”
og tenkjer at dette høyrest artig ut. Plata er eit realt ballespark og får positiv kritikk rundtomkring i Europa. Nobodies-gutane er
og godt kjende med Luxus Leverpostei og blir etter kvart betre kjende med den aktive og sprelske frontmannen Bob Kåre.
 
Idear blir etter kvart kokte i hop i ei stor gryte og servert som…Iron Fist! Samarbeidet startar, låtar blir skrevne og debutplata
blir innspelt.
 
Gutane tenkjer: ”Dette kan kun gå ein veg…..We’re going to Hell!!”
